I grew up knowing that Indian jewelry was never just jewelry.

It was the earrings that transformed an entire look. The sound of bangles before you entered a room. The pieces carefully brought out for weddings, celebrations, and moments worth remembering. There was beauty in them, but there was also artistry, history, and feeling.

As I got older, my own style evolved, but my love for that artistry never changed. I found myself wanting jewelry that still carried the richness of where I come from, while leaving room for me to make it my own. Something I could wear traditionally one day and completely differently the next.

I wanted to create a space for the jewelry I have always loved. Pieces rich in artistry and tradition, from the understated to the regal, with each one offering its own way to feel beautiful and entirely yourself.

That idea became SVEY.

I created SVEY to celebrate Indian jewelry for what I have always believed it to be: art. Each piece carries the details, craftsmanship, and character that make it special, but how it comes to life is entirely up to the person wearing it.

Because jewelry doesn't have to tell you who to be. It can simply become another way of expressing who you already are.
